What you will do

  • Own initial outreach and nurturing of high-value leads, including inbound inquiries and intelligence-based account outreach.
  • Curate personalized, insight-driven messages and multi-touch follow-up plans for enterprise-level prospects.
  • Collaborate with marketing, partner alliances, and regional teams to inform approaches with market intelligence and aligned tactics.
  • Develop tailored prospecting plans for strategic accounts, aligning outbound messaging, themes, and next steps.
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce, ensuring full attribution and visibility for stakeholders.
  • Develop deep expertise in hirify.global's complex offerings to articulate client solutions confidently.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3–5 years in a new business or sales-focused environment, ideally within technology or digital services.
  • Ability to juggle multiple activities without losing track of details or deadlines.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a knack for turning insights into action.
  • Excellent communication and empathetic listening skills to identify client pain points.
  • Tech-savvy and curious about digital trends and technology's potential.
  • Self-starter managing priorities independently and proactively upholding data hygiene.
  • English: B2+ required for communication.

Nice to have

  • Experience in Agile methodologies and consulting.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or equivalent CRM platforms.
