What you will do
- Grow key relationships by mining existing connections and executing sales plans.
- Understand customer businesses to identify automation opportunities.
- Demonstrate hirify.global's value proposition effectively, understanding product and competitive products.
- Develop and execute long-term account strategies and roadmaps.
- Achieve quarterly sales quotas.
Requirements
- 15+ years of enterprise sales experience in software or software solution sales.
- Experience selling AI/SaaS applications to large enterprise customers.
- Experience in account planning, territory planning, and multi-product selling strategy.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-moving team.
Nice to have
- Experience in Application selling background like ERP/CRM.
