What you will do

• Manage and coordinate the Solutions Design process, mapping clinical protocols to software solutions.
• Gather and document requirements, defining study-specific design components.
• Create and maintain specifications for study implementations of hirify.global products and services.
• Configure automated workflows (steps, actions, routing) using low-code/no-code platforms.
• Build and customize user interfaces, forms, and data collection fields.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate workflow logic.

Requirements

• BSc, MSc, or PhD in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, or Computer Science.
• 1-5 years of experience in configuration management, business systems analysis, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of eClinical systems and clinical research.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Must be based in and able to work from Costa Rica.
• Strong understanding of data structures, form design, and database principles.

Nice to have

• Experience as a CRA, Clinical Research Manager, Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, or Project Manager.
• Previous experience with Clinical Adjudication, eCOA/ePRO, IRT/RTSM, eConsent, or other clinical technologies.
