Solutions Design Analyst (Specialty Solutions): Managing and coordinating the solutions design process for clinical trials, ensuring clinical protocols are accurately mapped to software solutions with an accent on gathering and documenting requirements and defining study-specific design components. Focus on configuring automated workflows using low-code/no-code platforms, integrating systems, and ensuring data accuracy and compliance.

What you will do
- Manage and coordinate the Solutions Design process, mapping clinical protocols to software solutions.
- Gather and document requirements, defining study-specific design components.
- Create and maintain specifications for study implementations of products and services.
- Configure automated workflows (steps, actions, routing) using low-code/no-code platforms.
- Build and customize user interfaces, forms, and data collection fields.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate workflow logic.
Requirements
- BSc, MSc, or PhD in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, or Computer Science.
- 1-5 years of experience in configuration management, business systems analysis, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of eClinical systems and clinical research.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Must be based in and able to work from Costa Rica.
- Strong understanding of data structures, form design, and database principles.
Nice to have
- Experience as a CRA, Clinical Research Manager, Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, or Project Manager.
- Previous experience with Clinical Adjudication, eCOA/ePRO, IRT/RTSM, eConsent, or other clinical technologies.
