What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of manual and automation quality engineers.
• Plan and prioritize test activities to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Define and communicate test strategies aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement of quality processes, standards, and automation practices.
• Select and implement testing tools, frameworks, and methodologies.
• Collaborate with R&D, Product, and Project Management to evaluate deliverables and acceptance criteria.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years in software quality engineering, including 3+ years in people management.
• Experience leading teams across manual and automated testing.
• Strong expertise with testing tools, automation frameworks, and Agile methodologies (Scrum or SAFe).
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, cloud-based solutions, and SDLC.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools; Polarion is a plus.
• Understanding of FDA regulations (21 CFR Part 11, cGxP) is an advantage.
