What you will do

• Develop test plans and cases for product features, build complex data sets.
• Execute end-to-end manual system validation, exploratory testing, and API/backend services testing.
• Drive defect prioritization, impact analysis, and resolutions tracking.
• Participate in sprint planning, design meetings, and act as Quality Bar-Raiser.
• Collaborate with developers, program managers to translate requirements into test plans.
• Evaluate and improve testing workflows; stay current on QA trends; periodic on-call for production issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Computer Science/IT or equivalent; 5+ years software quality engineering experience.
• Mastery in writing comprehensive test plans; hands-on AWS or equivalent cloud services.
• Familiarity with manual testing, TestRail; expertise in JIRA; strong SDLC/testing lifecycle knowledge.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical skills; ability to collaborate in remote-first team.
