QA Testing Manager

What you will do

• Supervise a team of test specialists and manage complex, state-of-the-art test programs.
• Translate complex program requirements into testable objectives and develop overall test strategies including methodologies, analysis, and schedules.
• Analyze and recommend test cycles, plans, safety reviews, and detailed test objectives.
• Independently assess system performance against requirements and lead analysis of output data to provide results and recommendations to clients.
• Apply use cases, user stories, and test discipline to create thorough, executable test cases and programs.
• Work effectively with diverse organizations to execute successful test programs.

Requirements

• Must possess IT-II security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC). Basic Federal Clearance requirements are U.S. Citizenship, clear criminal history check, no recent or pending bankruptcies.
• 5+ years of Oracle EBS R12.2 platform experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in testing software applications including system, regression, acceptance, end-to-end, performance, and automation testing.
• Experience supervising a team of test specialists and managing complex test programs.
• Experience in an Agile environment with knowledge of System Operations, Engineering, and DevOps integration.
• Experience developing and maintaining test cases using automated test tools; detailed familiarity with commercial test environments and procedures.
