What you will do
- Maximize value for hirify.global and biotech clients by qualifying and including all relevant capabilities.
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual targets for new logos, multi-service opportunities, and win rates.
- Develop new business relationships and grow existing accounts with an enterprise mindset.
- Manage assigned accounts and coordinate with BD counterparts across business units and CRO partner channels.
- Lead commercial team collaboration to develop win strategies for multi-service opportunities.
- Build strong partnerships with delivery management, logistics, and customer care teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5–7+ years in sales or business development within pharmaceutical, biotech, or related regulated industries.
- Proven experience selling complex solutions with long sales cycles and multi-service scenarios.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical industry practices and hirify.global’s products and services.
- Excellent communication skills, including cold calling and executive-level engagement.
