What you will do

• Manage and support internal AI communities on Viva Engage, moderating key channels and mailboxes.
• Translate AI updates into clear, engaging messages and assets like FAQs, playbooks, quick-start guides, intranet, and newsletter content.
• Coordinate onboarding and "getting started" sessions, supporting learning journeys and scheduling enablement events.
• Maintain and refresh the company's GenAI knowledge hub (SharePoint) and enablement repositories to ensure content is current and discoverable.
• Monitor participation and communications performance, generating weekly reports and iterating based on insight and feedback.

Requirements

• 2–3 years’ experience in communications, community or social media management, learning enablement, or project management.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills with a very good level of written English.
• Demonstrated coordination/project management capability and strong collaboration skills.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity; proactive, hands-on, and continuously improving.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools, including Teams, SharePoint, Viva, and Outlook.
• Working knowledge of GenAI tools (e.g., Chat GPT, Copilot) and a clear passion for learning and experimentation.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting AI or broader technology transformation initiatives.
• Experience partnering with HR/L&D and internal communications teams.
• Some level of design skills, particularly with PowerPoint and Canva.
