What you will do

• Guide innovation and manage core credit products for the mortgage industry.
• Define product vision, identify market gaps, and ensure solutions comply with applicable regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure revenue growth and customer satisfaction goals are met.
• Develop a solution strategy to differentiate core credit offerings from market competitors.
• Apply market intelligence and P&L analysis against product investments to establish priority.
• Conduct Voice of the Customer engagements and lead product messaging and positioning.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in product management, with a track record of successful product launch and management.
• 5+ years' experience in consumer credit in the mortgage industry.
• Bachelor's Degree Required.
• Experience navigating large, matrixed organizations.
• Strong business strategy leadership and agreement-building abilities.
• Must be based in the United States.
