What you will do

• Engage with C-suite and senior client stakeholders, building trust and advising on business transformation.
• Connect front, middle, and back office workflows into integrated hirify.global One solutions.
• Represent product leadership in strategic client engagements, pre-sales situations, and industry forums.
• Synthesize market insights from client engagements and industry trends into prioritized strategic recommendations, influencing the product roadmap.
• Define standard configurations and reference architectures that guide how clients implement hirify.global One for enterprise client archetypes.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in solution architecture, solution engineering, strategic consulting, or client-facing product roles within institutional investment management platforms.
• Deep understanding of the full investment lifecycle across front, middle, and back office.
• Strong knowledge of institutional asset management workflows, asset classes, regulatory requirements, and operating models.
• Demonstrated ability to engage at the executive level with C-suite and senior client stakeholders, commanding credibility and trust.
• Fluency in both strategy (operating models, target state, transformation roadmaps) and execution (platform capabilities, configuration, implementation patterns).
• Ability to translate institutional client requirements into product strategy and synthesize market feedback into actionable product recommendations.
