What you will do

• Advise C-suite stakeholders on operating model transformation and infrastructure setup for institutional clients.
• Connect front, middle, and back office workflows into integrated hirify.global One solutions.
• Synthesize market intelligence, competitive dynamics, and client feedback into strategic product recommendations.
• Define standard configurations and reference architectures for client archetypes including asset managers, insurers, and sovereign wealth funds.
• Lead cross-domain scoping for complex implementations to ensure a cohesive enterprise solution.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in solution architecture, strategic consulting, or client-facing product roles within institutional investment management.
• Deep understanding of the full investment lifecycle across front, middle, and back office.
• Strong knowledge of institutional asset management workflows, asset classes, and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to engage, command credibility, and build trust with C-suite and senior executive stakeholders.
• Fluency in both high-level business strategy and technical platform execution.
