Location: Hybrid, based in New York, NY, Edgewood, NY, or Newark, NJ, United States.

Salary: $4,480-$6,080 USD/month (hourly wage $28-$38 USD)

What you will do

  • Support full-cycle recruiting activities including sourcing, screening, and candidate tracking.
  • Oversee applicant tracking activities, ensuring accurate job postings and organized candidate pipelines.
  • Support the planning and execution of the summer internship program, including event scheduling and logistics.
  • Communicate regularly with candidates to provide updates and ensure a strong experience.
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to support hiring needs and timelines.
  • Assist with offer processes, onboarding coordination, and recruiting administration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
  • 1–2 years of recruiting, coordination, or talent acquisition experience, preferably in early talent or campus recruiting.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting high-volume recruitment cycles.
  • Experience using ATS and CRM platforms (Workday preferred).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to engage effectively with candidates, campus partners, and internal stakeholders.
