What you will do
- Support full-cycle recruiting activities including sourcing, screening, and candidate tracking.
- Oversee applicant tracking activities, ensuring accurate job postings and organized candidate pipelines.
- Support the planning and execution of the summer internship program, including event scheduling and logistics.
- Communicate regularly with candidates to provide updates and ensure a strong experience.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to support hiring needs and timelines.
- Assist with offer processes, onboarding coordination, and recruiting administration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
- 1–2 years of recruiting, coordination, or talent acquisition experience, preferably in early talent or campus recruiting.
- Demonstrated experience supporting high-volume recruitment cycles.
- Experience using ATS and CRM platforms (Workday preferred).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to engage effectively with candidates, campus partners, and internal stakeholders.
