TL;DR

Digital Customer Enablement Intern (AI): Focusing on projects to enhance customer engagement with digital tools, data, and insights, specifically through an AI-driven sales assistant discovery project and digital product data enhancement. Focus on researching market best practices, assessing stakeholder needs, synthesizing data, and presenting actionable proposals to drive digital innovation.

Location: Hybrid in St. Paul, MN, USA. Open to students from across the U.S.

Salary: $22–$25 per hour

What you will do

  • Lead an AI-Driven Sales Assistant Discovery Project, researching market best practices and assessing internal needs.
  • Review customer data and digital behavior to inform project recommendations.
  • Synthesize research into a comprehensive proposal and present findings to key stakeholders.
  • Enhance digital product data for accuracy, clarity, and relevance across digital channels.
  • Identify gaps and improvement opportunities to support existing and prospective customers.
  • Assist with asset planning, sourcing, and creation for internal and external audiences.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, data science, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, interviewing, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • English: B2 required for communication within the team and with stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with customer journey mapping, persona development, or Voice of Customer (VoC) methodologies.
