Technical Director (Enterprise Solutions)

Location: Remote. Only accepting applicants from the provinces of Ontario and Québec for this role. For Québec-based candidates, fluency in English is necessary due to collaboration with teams in the Americas and Europe.

Salary: $140,000 - $190,000 CAD annually

What you will do

• Manage technical relationships with key vendor partners, ensuring strategic alignment and contributing to joint innovation initiatives.
• Provide subject matter expertise to business development and sales teams, designing scalable technical solutions and responding to RFPs.
• Offer technical governance and oversight for strategic projects, ensuring architectural integrity and managing technical risks.
• Maintain deep expertise in vendor platform roadmaps and evolving technologies, aligning internal capabilities to drive competitive advantage.
• Act as a thought leader, championing vendor platforms and emerging technologies both internally and externally.
• Provide mentorship and coaching to architects, senior developers, and technical leaders, fostering innovation and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 10 years in technology consulting, architecture, or technical leadership roles, preferably within a digital agency or consultancy.
• Certifications in key vendor technologies (e.g., Adobe Certified Expert).
• Strong background in solution architecture, cloud platforms, enterprise integrations, microservices, and modern software development methodologies.
• Strong experience with Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Commerce.
• Fluent French skills are required.
