What you will do

• Lead architectural decisions that shape the future of healthcare solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with industry standards.
• Collaborate with customers and global teams to understand their needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.

• Identify and mitigate risks in architecture, ways of working, security, deployment, and configuration.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in software development and architecture, with a proven track record of designing and implementing complex software systems and system modernizations.
• Strong architectural skills to conceptualize and design holistic solution architectures that meet current and future needs.
• Experience in customer-facing roles, facilitating discussions and workshops with different stakeholders.
• Good understanding and experience in translating customer and business requirements to tangible architectural designs and technology selections.
• Knowledge of cloud and containerization, including proficiency in public and private cloud platforms and container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong technical skills in microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, web development, and design patterns.
• Experience with healthcare standards like FHIR and openEHR to ensure interoperability and compliance.
• Agile methodology proficiency, with experience working in Agile environments utilizing methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
