What you will do

• Design, build, test, and deploy automation solutions using UiPath, Power Automate, Power Apps, VBA, and related technologies.
• Translate business requirements into technical automation workflows and solution designs.
• Develop reliable, maintainable workflows including UI automation, orchestrator logic, and API integrations.
• Apply CoE development standards, reusable components, and best practices across all automation work.
• Build and consume REST APIs, connectors, and integrate AI and document intelligence capabilities.
• Share technical knowledge, patterns, and lessons learned with peers and contribute to the CoE knowledge base.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in automation development using UiPath and Power Automate.
• Hands-on experience designing and developing enterprise automation solutions integrating multiple systems.
• Skilled in .NET, REST APIs, Azure Functions, or similar integration technologies.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and deliver high-quality work independently.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI or intelligent document-processing technologies.
• UiPath Advanced RPA Developer Certification (or UiPath Professional certification).
• Experience automating processes on mainframe systems.
