What you will do

• Own end-to-end quality within a cross-functional product team across the entire SDLC.
• Conduct requirement reviews, test planning, and high-quality manual testing where necessary.
• Develop and maintain test automation for UI and API layers using a clean architecture.
• Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines to provide the team with fast, reliable feedback.
• Drive the automation of manual regression tests and improve overall QA processes.
• Collaborate with PMs and engineers to shape requirements and maintain cross-team QA standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in Quality Assurance.
• Strong expertise in UI and API test automation and framework maintenance.
• Proficiency with Cypress, Postman, TestNG, REST APIs, and SQL.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and project management software like Jira and Confluence.
• Solid understanding of Agile software development, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly from Berlin or Hamburg.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with mobile testing (Flutter, iOS, Android, Appium, Firebase).
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or SugarCRM.
• Proficiency or interest in using AI tools (ChatGPT, Cursor, Atlassian Rovo, Qase AIDEN) in QA workflows.
