What you will do
- Provide on-site IT support and manage logistics for executive meetings and business operations in the San Francisco office.
- Analyze recurring incidents and requests to identify root causes and systemic gaps, treating tickets as opportunities for platform improvement.
- Build and maintain comprehensive documentation, runbooks, and self-service resources.
- Contribute to enterprise IT projects such as identity management, endpoint automation, and SaaS governance.
- Collect user feedback and collaborate with IT, AI developers, and leadership to enhance services and user experience.
- Identify and flag recurring issues to the team, contributing ideas for proactive prevention and automation.
Requirements
- Experience: 3–5+ years in IT Support, IT Systems Administration, or a similar technical operations role.
- Familiarity with AI platforms like Glean, OpenAI, Microsoft Azure AI, Google Gemini AI.
- Experience configuring SaaS applications and managing enterprise productivity tools (e.g., MS Office 365, Google Workspace).
- Ability to confidently set up and troubleshoot AV and conferencing equipment.
- Familiarity with ticketing and ITSM tools.
- Basic scripting skills (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash).
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Mobile Device Management systems (e.g., Intune, Jamf).
- Familiarity with AI governance or compliance basics.
