Senior Systems Engineer

Salary: $115,200 - $144,000 USD

What you will do

• Administer and provide escalation support for SaaS platforms.
• Implement and maintain policies, software deployment, patching, and security compliance for Mac and Windows endpoints, using Jamf and Intune.
• Develop automation scripts and workflows to improve administrative efficiency and user experience.
• Monitor system health, performance, and usage; proactively resolve or escalate issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper alignment and integration of SaaS tools with company infrastructure and processes.
• Develop and maintain technical operating procedures, policies, and engineering roadmaps.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or comparable experience).
• 5+ years of experience in supporting SaaS Collaboration tools, Mac and Windows endpoint management.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
• In-depth knowledge of email delivery flow, IT security, and IAM concepts.
• Understanding of RBAC and permissions model across core SaaS applications.
• Scripting and automation experience.

Nice to have

• Migration experience from MS Office365 to Google Workspace is a plus.
