Salary: $124,000.00 – $329,200.00 USD/Yr

What you will do

• Design, build, and enhance physical infrastructure systems, frameworks, and tools for data centers.
• Lead capacity planning and design initiatives, ensuring infrastructure is properly scaled.
• Implement and maintain robust security measures and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Establish observability and monitoring systems, and execute disaster recovery scenarios.
• Diagnose and resolve infrastructure issues promptly and contribute to incident management processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers and data center vendors.
• Lead the design and integration of physical hardware at the rack/chassis level.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to respond to issues and work to prevent them.

Requirements

• 6+ years of technical experience in one or more infrastructure domains (e.g., container orchestration, platform, database, software, network engineering, systems administration), OR 4+ years with a Bachelor's degree in a related field, OR equivalent experience.
• 3+ years' experience with physical hardware design at the rack/chassis level in datacenter deployments.
• 2+ years' experience deploying infrastructure in a data center.

Nice to have

• 1+ year of technical leadership experience.
• 3+ years' experience in scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python).
• 3+ years' experience using general purpose programming languages (e.g., Go, Ruby).
