TL;DR

Service Delivery Management, Lead (Fintech): Leading the execution and delivery of ITIL V4 Service Management processes for the Real Time Rail Payment System with an accent on managing complex internal/vendor/partner relationships and establishing ITIL governance. Focus on providing leadership for planning critical changes, conducting comprehensive risk assessments, and driving process optimization initiatives.

Location: Hybrid in Toronto, Canada. Eligibility to work for hirify.global Corp. in Canada in a full-time capacity is required.

Salary: $125,000 - $135,000

What you will do

  • Manage complex internal, vendor, and partner relationships to minimize production, financial, and reputational impact for the organization.
  • Establish and maintain ITIL governance to meet audit and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide leadership, direction, and expertise for planning critical changes across multiple environments and platforms.
  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and ensure the change management process mitigates risk, fulfills business objectives, and aligns with enterprise strategies.
  • Review and prioritize Change records, chairing the Change Advisory Board (CAB) and representing hirify.global at vendor/partner CAB meetings.
  • Coordinate and drive implementation plan walkthroughs with internal and external teams, ensuring changes are scheduled in accordance with Enterprise Change management policies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in progressively more responsible operations and technology positions, including IT Service Management, Operations Service Support, and Service Delivery.
  • 5+ years of experience in progressively more responsible Change Management positions.
  • Strong understanding of, and experience with, IT service management best practices including Change Management, Problem Management, Incident Management and Request Fulfillment.
  • ITIL V4 Intermediate certification or higher is required.
  • Experience working with IT service Management tools such as ServiceNow or BMC Remedy.
  • Eligibility to work for hirify.global Corp. in Canada in a full-time capacity.
