What you will do

• Lead project work from a design perspective, facilitating design reviews and working sessions.
• Turn nebulous concepts into specific ideas that are useful and delightful product features.
• Design holistic systems, flows, and interfaces that are simple, elegant, and user-friendly.
• Draw insights from research and data, and turn those insights into tangible solutions.
• Advocate for the user when collaborating with cross-functional teams in product, engineering, and marketing.
• Be a positive role model and advocate for design within the Lightspeed organization.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of practical, in-house product, UX/UI design experience.
• Excellent communication skills to explain work with focus and brevity.
• Strong aesthetic skills to help elevate the visual identity of our brands.
• Skilled in service design practices.
• A curiosity to continuously evolve your design process by leveraging AI tools.
• Fluency in English as a working language.
