What you will do

• Lead the delivery and design of technology projects that transform client work and develop new digital products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create diverse experience design deliverables including journey maps, service blueprints, and prototypes.
• Facilitate workshops, develop unique design strategies, and contribute to strategic decisions at a portfolio level.
• Apply various research methods such as context analysis, moderated interviews, and user tests.
• Ensure project scope, risks, and updates are regularly assessed and communicated.
• Extend expertise to teammates and advocate experience design to the broader community.

Requirements

• Proficiency in English and Spanish, with the ability to lead international workshops.
• Deep experience in Service Mapping, utilizing Journey Maps and Service Blueprints.
• Extensive experience in Interaction Design, Product Metrics, Accessibility, and Usability.
• Skilled facilitator with solid Agile methodologies experience.
• Expertise in Product Validation, using experiments and user testing.
• A compelling portfolio demonstrating problem-solving and digital product experiences across Web and Mobile.
