What you will do

• Lead discovery phases and facilitate workshops to uncover user needs and business challenges.
• Plan and conduct user research, synthesizing findings into actionable insights for strategy and design.
• Develop experience maps, service blueprints, and user journeys to communicate insights and define opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, engineers) to align on vision and scope.
• Translate discovery insights into compelling design concepts, prototypes, and recommendations.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to the evolution of design practices.

Requirements

• Expertise in user-centered design, strategic thinking, and facilitation of discovery processes.
• Strong background in leading discovery phases from framing challenges to delivering insights.
• Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods (interviews, surveys, contextual inquiries, analytics).
• Experience creating journey maps, service blueprints, and ecosystems models.
• Strong storytelling and communication skills to influence decision-making.
• Comfortable working in agile environments and collaborating with product, engineering, and strategy teams.
