What you will do

• Contribute to the overall design and product direction of hirify.global products, particularly Codex.
• Design and ship high-quality products and improvements from concepts to high-fidelity prototypes and visuals.
• Partner with engineering, product management, research, and design to define strategy and tactics.
• Engage in user research to understand software developers and refine products.
• Contribute to and evolve the design system.
• Help establish design culture and grow the team.

Requirements

• Must be based in San Francisco, CA, and work in a hybrid model (3 days in office per week).
• 3+ years of experience shipping larger scale software products.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX, UI, and interaction design skills with a high bar for quality and craft.
• Experience in 0->1 environments, navigating ambiguity, and applying crisp design thinking to technical trade-offs.
• Strong technical background with recent experience shipping code to production.
• Impactful communication and storytelling skills.

Nice to have

• Prior experience with research or developer-focused products or workflows.
• Shipped side projects with AI or contributed to open-source AI tools.
