What you will do
- Plan, manage, and execute marketing programs within an assigned functional area.
- Drive projects by coordinating across internal teams, tools, and systems to ensure on-time delivery.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and workflows for complex programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align priorities and deliverables.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners.
- Define and track KPIs for assigned programs, reporting on performance and recommending improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Seven years of experience planning and executing marketing strategies.
- Experience in a business-to-business (B2B) marketing organization.
- Demonstrated experience managing or coordinating marketing programs end-to-end.
- Proven track record generating and capturing product demand through data-driven marketing.
Nice to have
- Experience managing customer reference, testimonial, or case study programs at scale.
- Familiarity with customer advocacy platforms (e.g., ReferenceEdge, Influitive).
- Background in B2B marketing, preferably within SaaS or enterprise software environments.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple advocacy initiatives simultaneously.
