What you will do

• Plan, manage, and execute marketing programs within an assigned functional area.
• Drive projects by coordinating across internal teams, tools, and systems to ensure on-time delivery.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and workflows for complex programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align priorities and deliverables.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners.
• Define and track KPIs for assigned programs, reporting on performance and recommending improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Seven years of experience planning and executing marketing strategies.
• Experience in a business-to-business (B2B) marketing organization.
• Demonstrated experience managing or coordinating marketing programs end-to-end.
• Proven track record generating and capturing product demand through data-driven marketing.

Nice to have

• Experience managing customer reference, testimonial, or case study programs at scale.
• Familiarity with customer advocacy platforms (e.g., ReferenceEdge, Influitive).
• Background in B2B marketing, preferably within SaaS or enterprise software environments.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple advocacy initiatives simultaneously.
