TL;DR

Product Specialist (HR Tech): Guiding new prospects and existing customers towards hirify.global add-on solutions like Payroll, Benefits Administration, and Time Tracking with an accent on deep product expertise and consultative selling. Focus on driving meaningful add-on upsell, conducting expert-led product demonstrations, and proactive opportunity identification within active deals.

Location: This is a Utah-based hybrid position which will require some regular in-office days each week. Must reside in (or be willing to relocate to) Utah.

What you will do

  • Sell Payroll, Benefits Administration, and Time Tracking add-ons to both net new prospects and existing customers.
  • Partner with Account Executives through discovery, demos, and deal execution to help close platform deals and drive add-on upsell.
  • Conduct expert-led product demonstrations, translating product and industry knowledge into clear messaging.
  • Identify add-on opportunities within active deals and push for inclusion when specialist expertise will improve outcomes.
  • Manage and prioritize a revolving pipeline of specialist-supported opportunities across multiple products.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal partners via phone, video, and email.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, solutions consulting, or customer-facing SaaS roles.
  • Strong collaboration and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence.
  • Ability to articulate the value of multiple products through demos, calls, and written follow-up.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex topics persuasively.
  • Superb organizational and prioritization skills in a fast-moving, high-volume environment.
  • Ability to engage multiple stakeholders across a full pipeline of opportunities simultaneously.
  • Must reside in (or be willing to relocate to) Utah.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling or supporting Payroll, Benefits Administration, HR, or workforce technology.
  • Familiarity with benefits, payroll workflows, or broker-influenced buying motions.
  • Proven ability to act as a trusted product expert on customer calls.
  • Proactive and strong coaching mindset.
