• Develop and manage key supplier relationships critical to LBG's success and transformation agenda.
• Implement supplier strategies to drive innovation, cost efficiency, and long-term value creation.
• Utilise data to identify trends, drive continuous improvement, and manage risk in the supply chain.
• Support the development of the Group's wider supply chain approach.
• Understand the importance of managing risk while driving growth in supplier relationships.

Requirements

• Experience in and passion for technology Supplier Management and collaborating with business areas.
• Strong leadership skills, demonstrating values, behaviours, and a growth mindset.
• Experienced in developing positive relationships with internal stakeholders, colleagues, and external suppliers, including executive-level influencing skills.
• Demonstrates strategic thinking, understanding the supplier market and technology landscape.
• Strong commercial experience in developing and delivering successful supplier strategies.
• Ability to identify shortcomings, provide suggestions, and implement improvements to existing business practices.
