- Understand the importance of managing risk while driving growth in supplier relationships.
Requirements
- Experience in and passion for technology Supplier Management and collaborating with business areas.
- Strong leadership skills, demonstrating values, behaviours, and a growth mindset.
- Experienced in developing positive relationships with internal stakeholders, colleagues, and external suppliers, including executive-level influencing skills.
- Demonstrates strategic thinking, understanding the supplier market and technology landscape.
- Strong commercial experience in developing and delivering successful supplier strategies.
- Ability to identify shortcomings, provide suggestions, and implement improvements to existing business practices.
