What you will do

• Drive end-to-end delivery of R&D projects and programs, aligning with business priorities and ensuring timely execution.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, and Commercial teams to translate roadmaps and OKRs into actionable delivery plans.
• Promote agile and Lean delivery practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Define and evolve metrics and KPIs to track delivery performance and guide decisions.
• Maintain operational discipline in delivery practices, including Jira hygiene, estimation, and reporting.
• Facilitate effective communication and alignment across teams and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven track record of driving and delivering complex technical programs and projects from inception to launch in agile environments.
• Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously across multiple teams with strong critical thinking.
• Exceptional organizational, coordination, and multi-tasking abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Experience building strong working relationships in global, distributed environments.
• Strong technical literacy with SaaS platforms, APIs, and modern cloud architectures.
