What you will do

• Manage the integration of merged companies across organizational, operational, and process dimensions.
• Organize and facilitate strategy-creation processes involving senior leadership.
• Gather cross-organizational insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Lead key company development and transformation initiatives.
• Coordinate and monitor strategic projects at the global level.
• Support the design and transformation of the company’s future operating model.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a strategic/project analyst, business consultant, senior analyst, or in a similar role.
• University degree in economics, business, technology, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of international business environments.
• Excellent English language skills.
• Proactive, can-do attitude and strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with a Big4 firm or leading strategy consultancies such as McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group, Kearney, or Arthur D. Little.
