What you will do

• Develop and lead comprehensive project plans for platform integration, development, QA, and partner onboarding.
• Provide technical mentorship and oversight, ensuring the platform's scalability, reliability, and security.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure adherence to protocols, coding standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Facilitate effective communication and teamwork among cross-functional teams and partner studios.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, developing corrective actions for project challenges.
• Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and align the product backlog with strategic goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, preferably in software development or the gaming industry.
• Strong technical background with experience in software development methodologies and technologies.
• Confirmed experience leading complex cross-functional projects.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence (Atlassian suite strongly preferred).
• High proficiency in English.

Nice to have

• Acquaintance with Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
• Experience with game design or online gambling.
