Salary: $78,577-$117,866, plus 10% bonus potential

What you will do

• Design and produce visual assets across multiple channels, including sales & marketing collateral, social & digital content, video production, paid advertising, and branding.
• Work closely with the Senior Designer to interpret creative briefs and bring concepts to life.
• Collaborate with Client Engagement & Marketing team to ensure creative supports campaign goals.
• Manage multiple deadlines and iterate based on feedback from internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 2–5 years of professional graphic design experience (agency, in-house, or equivalent).
• Advanced skills in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain design choices clearly.
• A "no task is too small" attitude with a willingness to learn and grow with the company as well as an openness to feedback.
• Precision in typography, layout, and file organization.

Nice to have

• Experience in the SaaS and/or travel industries
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools for ideation, layout exploration, and production efficiency.
• Basic understanding of studio photography (framing, lighting, camera fundamentals)
