What you will do

• Design a variety of marketing materials, including property flyers, brochures, offering memorandums, and pitch decks.
• Create social graphics and email templates to build brand recognition in the local market.
• Collaborate with brokers and local marketing managers to translate project goals into effective visual solutions.
• Ensure all creative output aligns with corporate brand guidelines while allowing for local customization.
• Prepare, package, and manage files for both print and digital production.
• Retouch and enhance photography for use in marketing collateral.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of professional design experience, preferably in an agency or commercial real estate environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of print and digital design work.
• Experience preparing print-ready files and coordinating with print vendors.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Washington, DC.

• Familiarity with PowerPoint and email platforms such as Mailchimp.
