What you will do

• Lead development and lifecycle management of aviation systems including Turnaround Management Systems (TMS), Airport Operational Database (AODB), Baggage Handling Systems (BHS/BRS), Resource Management Systems (RMS), Flight Information Display Systems (FIDS), Self-Service Systems (CUSS, SBD, SBG), and Airport Community Platforms.
• Translate operational requirements into technical solution designs and review system architectures, integrations, APIs, and data flows, ensuring scalability, availability, cybersecurity, and compliance.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of aviation technology projects, encompassing business case development, vendor selection, implementation, testing, and go-live.
• Establish governance, risk management, and quality assurance frameworks to ensure delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Act as the primary technical interface with operations, ICT, airlines, ground handlers, regulators, and vendors.
• Identify opportunities for automation, KPI improvement, and data-driven decision-making within aviation solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or Aviation Management.
• Experience leading the design, development, implementation, and optimization of aviation-related digital and operational systems.
• Proficiency in translating operational requirements into technical solution designs and reviewing system architectures.
• Demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end delivery of aviation technology projects.
• Strong skills in stakeholder and vendor management.
• English: B2 required
