TL;DR

Solution Consultant (SaaS): Helping clients transform their tech workforce by presenting and demonstrating hirify.global's Skills platform, gathering technical requirements, and managing evaluation processes. Focus on applying value selling, being a product expert, and conducting technical sales calls.

Location: Hybrid schedule: on-site at Dublin, Ireland office Wednesday and Thursday, remote flexibility on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays.

What you will do

• Evangelize the value of hirify.global products using a Value Selling approach.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for hirify.global products and services to sales teams.
• Conduct customer-facing technical sales calls and deliver product demonstrations.
• Assist sales teams in responding to technical requirements in RFP/RFIs.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of related or equivalent experience; a Bachelor’s degree.
• Fluency in English.
• Sales engineering or similar experience, ideally with Software as a Service.
• Understanding of APIs and how enterprise technology platforms integrate with others.
• Experience with common sales methodologies and processes like MEDDPICC.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts in a simple, concise manner.

Nice to have

• Experience with generative AI.
• Experience in one or more technical domains or with learning technologies.
• Fluency in another European language.
