Salary: $180,200–$233,000 USD (yearly).

What you will do

• Lead the design, development, and optimization of firmware for next-generation wearable devices, focusing on performance, power efficiency, and scalability.
• Collaborate closely with hardware engineers, product managers, and software teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Continuously innovate and improve product features and performance, leveraging the latest technologies.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex firmware issues, ensuring robust, reliable performance.
• Play a key role in strategic decisions related to firmware architecture and technology stack.

Requirements

• 8+ Years of Firmware Development Experience with hands-on experience in wearable or related consumer electronics.
• Proficient in writing high-quality, maintainable, and efficient code in C/C++, with a deep understanding of microcontroller architectures.
• Familiarity with integrating and optimizing wearable sensors (accelerometers, gyroscopes, heart rate sensors).
• Strong background in Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) and other wireless communication protocols.
• Demonstrated experience in power optimization for battery-operated devices.
• Comfortable working in an agile development environment, with excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
