TL;DR

Location: Hybrid role based in the Montreal office, with the opportunity to work 2 days remotely per week.

What you will do

  • Ensure efficient and accurate processing of all sales orders and meet delivery deadlines.
  • Prepare bids for rebates, update estimated times of arrival (ETAs), and provide support to sales representatives.
  • Collaborate with sales management, sales reps, customer service, and vendor teams to process and change customer orders.
  • Act as the primary contact person for resellers.
  • Process orders received through online tools, email, or phone, verifying their accuracy.
  • Monitor overall account activity for an assigned group and prepare product/license quotes.

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in IT, Business, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of customer experience within IT or with vendor partners is preferred.
  • Must be bilingual and fluent in French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Familiarity with partner ecosystems, distribution networks, and go-to-market strategies is an asset.
