What you will do

• Own the full delivery and lifecycle of DxIDM, Headless Identity, and wider IAM services.
• Ensure customers enjoy secure, seamless authentication and authorisation across every digital product.
• Build and evolve scalable APIs that support identity federation and single sign-on.
• Collaborate with security, compliance, and product teams to ensure identity capabilities are aligned and future-proof.
• Continuously monitor, optimise, and improve identity service performance.
• Drive adoption of consistent identity patterns and maintain compliance with security, privacy, data protection, and access-control standards.

Requirements

• Strong experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM), identity federation, and authentication protocols.
• Deep knowledge of OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SAML, and related identity standards.
• Confidence in delivering secure, scalable identity services in cloud-native environments.
• Understanding of security, privacy, data-protection requirements, and regulatory frameworks.
• Ideally, experience with telco identity architectures and user lifecycle management.
