What you will do

• Implement and manage Secure Remote Access (SRA) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) for third-party OT access.
• Perform OT asset discovery, inventory management, and risk classification using passive monitoring tools.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments on OT assets and coordinate remediation with Site Operations and Network teams.
• Develop and operationalize OT/ICS SCADA cyber defense architectures and defensive tactics (TTPs).
• Perform OT Cybersecurity Risk assessments based on ISA/IEC 62443 and NIST frameworks.
• Partner with regional stakeholders and vendors to ensure consistent implementation of OT security practices.

Requirements

• Must be based in or be able to work from London, Newport, or Frankfurt
• Hands-on experience deploying and configuring OT security solutions such as IDS, SRA, Network segmentation, and Firewalls.
• Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS), EPMS, SCADA, and PLC platforms (e.g., Siemens, Schneider, Rockwell).
• Minimum 3 years of experience performing Cybersecurity Risk assessments in IT/OT environments.
• Strong understanding of industrial protocols (Modbus, DNP3, BACnet) and cybersecurity frameworks (ISA/IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82).
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical training.

Nice to have

• Certifications: ISA/IEC 62443, GICSP, GRID, CISSP, CISM, or CCNA/CCNP.
• Knowledge of MITRE ATT&CKS for ICS or NERC CIP frameworks.
• Previous professional experience within Data Center environments.
