TL;DR
Sr. Program Manager - Engineering, Detection Content (Cybersecurity): Driving the scheduling, scoping, and execution of projects within the Detection Content Platform Group, ensuring timely delivery against the roadmap. Focus on collaborating across functional and geo-located teams to manage dependencies, identify critical issues, and align project deliverables with business objectives.
Location: New York City (Hybrid). This role is hybrid, requiring 2-3 days per week on-site in our New York City office once the development center is established.
Salary: $140,000 - $215,000 per year

What you will do
- Partner and facilitate with teams from developers to executive level.
- Drive project schedule, task assignments, and manage progress across product and platform groups.
- Collaborate with worldwide business units to communicate project goals, expectations, and tasks.
- Proactively track project status, ensuring schedules and priorities are met.
- Ensure alignment with Content business goals and manage critical issue resolution.
- Lead Scrum meetings and manage daily/weekly project communication.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in program/project management for software development.
- Must be proficient in the use of Jira (query/ticket creation, board creation, facilitation).
- Experience with large-scale platforms and complex inter-dependent technologies.
- Experience with Software Development Lifecycle and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience owning a program/portfolio of products/features.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Must work effectively with cross-functional groups worldwide.
- Willingness to travel both locally and internationally several times a quarter.

- Experience with Scaled Agile Framework methodology.
