What you will do

• Drive cross-functional program execution, aligning with business goals and delivering complex technical initiatives.
• Build and maintain delivery roadmaps with outcomes, milestones, dependencies, risks, and success metrics.
• Lead program planning, prioritization, and resource allocation across multiple teams.
• Develop and implement program management best practices to improve efficiency and transparency.
• Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies by establishing clear communication channels.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define objectives and deliver results.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience managing complex, cross-team technical programs.
• Proven ability to coordinate program deliverables across multiple domains.
• Strong technical acumen and experience managing programs involving software engineering, API design, or data modeling.
• Demonstrated success in delivering results in fast-paced environments.
