TL;DR

Fullstack Software Engineer (AI): Building core parts of the hirify.global product offering, infrastructure, and features with an accent on developing rich user interfaces on the Frontend and supporting production services with high call rates on the Backend. Focus on evaluating and proposing scalable systems and architecture for 40M+ active users.

Location: Hybrid (Germany, Berlin). Relocation support is provided for moves to Berlin.

What you will do

• Build and push code, shipping impactful features quickly.
• Develop rich user interfaces on the Front-End and support production services with high call rates on the Back-End.
• Target high availability for consumer and enterprise customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Core, Growth, Enterprise, Trust, Data) to deliver product offerings.
• Evaluate existing systems and propose scalable architecture for the future.
• Contribute to an engineering culture that prioritizes impact.

Requirements

• At least three years of experience in Full-Stack development.
• Excellent software engineering fundamentals, including knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
• Analytical thinking to tackle Growth problems for 40M+ active users.
• Experience building, deploying, and debugging production systems at scale.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, proactively manage tasks, and collaborate effectively in fast-paced environments.
• English: B2 required.
