Location: Hybrid work in London, Berlin, Cologne, Munich, or Amsterdam. Team members are expected to come into the office twice a week.

What you will do

• Build and refine user-facing interfaces for mobile and web applications, ensuring instant and clear translation display.
• Integrate frontend applications with the Voice API, handling real-time data streams (WebSockets/gRPC) and managing connection states.
• Optimize for performance, using profiling tools to ensure instant React rendering and efficient backend audio processing.
• Collaborate in code reviews and pair programming, learning from Senior Staff Engineers and Researchers in high-performance streaming and AI integration.

Requirements

• High Learning Trajectory (High Slope) with excitement for hard technical problems like WebRTC and LLMs.
• Full-Stack Curiosity with comfort in React/TypeScript on frontend and C# or Python on backend.
• User Empathy for building robust, simple, and reliable software in high-pressure situations.
