What you will do
- Lead and manage a new "startup" business unit, owning P&L and performance from initial hypothesis to scaled operation.
- Drive end-to-end value proposition and product-market fit with all hirify.global stakeholders.
- Validate future growth opportunities by launching lean experiments and pivoting based on real-time data.
- Design and execute new Marketplace strategies, ensuring seamless integration with hirify.global’s global value proposition.
- Navigate internal complexity by collaborating with Finance, Legal, and Product teams to remove blockers for new businesses.
- Build and mentor a team of "owners," fostering a culture of innovation, experimentation, and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business leadership, venture building, or launching new products.
- Strong commercial leadership with a history of managing high-turnover business lines or P&Ls.
- Intrapreneurial mindset, comfortable building businesses with limited resources in a startup model.
- Tech-native strategist understanding how to build and scale tech-enabled Marketplace organizations.
- Autonomous leader capable of navigating complex organizations and delivering fast value propositions.
- Fluent in English to lead global teams and international partnerships (C1 level).
