Product Manager (AI): Defining and owning the Finance Automation pillar, leveraging AI as a foundational layer to redesign financial workflows and automate expense processes. Location: This role is based out of Mexico City, Mexico, and is a full-time hybrid position where it is required to come into our office in Roma Norte (2–3 days/week). We strongly prefer candidates based in Mexico, Colombia, or Brazil.

What you will do

• Lead the full product lifecycle for Finance Automation, integrating AI as a foundational layer to automate financial workflows.
• Personally prototype and evaluate AI-powered approaches, testing prompts and building proof-of-concepts before engineering involvement.
• Be the team's customer expert, conducting discovery interviews and synthesizing qualitative feedback across markets.
• Define and track KPIs for adoption, engagement, and retention, building dashboards to diagnose problems and measure impact.
• Develop a clear product strategy for Finance Automation, understanding market dynamics and identifying new opportunities.
• Drive continuous product development, writing clear specs, scoping work, and iterating rapidly with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of management consulting at a top-tier firm or product management experience in fintech, B2B SaaS, or multi-market operations.
• Fluency in English and Spanish or Portuguese required; trilingual a plus.
• Exceptional analytical skills, including comfort with building models, writing SQL, and digging into large datasets.
• Strong qualitative research instincts for effective customer interviews and synthesizing insights into product decisions.
• Proven track record of shipping and iterating on successful products.
• Based in Latin America, preferably in Mexico, Colombia, or Brazil, with willingness to work across global time zones and up to 10% travel.
• Hands-on comfort with AI tooling for testing prompts and building quick prototypes.
