What you will do

• Redesign financial workflows from first principles using AI, automating manual expense processes for global customers.
• Prototype and evaluate AI-powered approaches to validate solutions before engineering involvement.
• Conduct deep customer discovery and synthesize qualitative/quantitative feedback to define product direction and KPIs.
• Develop and own the product strategy for Finance Automation, understanding competitive dynamics and market trends.
• Drive continuous product development, writing clear specs, scoping work, and iterating rapidly with cross-functional teams.
• Communicate product strategy and decisions with clarity to align leadership, engineering, sales, and operations.

Requirements

• 3+ years in management consulting or product management in fintech, B2B SaaS, or multi-market operations.
• Fluency in English and Spanish or Portuguese is required.
• Exceptional analytical skills, including comfort with SQL, data modeling, and translating numbers into business narratives.
• Proven track record of shipping and iterating on successful products with a focus on end-to-end ownership.
• Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal) for strategy memos, executive presentations, and team alignment.
• Hands-on comfort with AI tooling, including testing prompts, evaluating model outputs, and building quick prototypes.
• Must be based in Latin America, preferably Mexico, Colombia, or Brazil, and willing to work across global time zones.
