What you will do

• Lead the full lifecycle management of Alternative Payment Methods (APMs), from planning to optimization.
• Collaborate with Engineering to define technical requirements, functional flows, and ensure robust API integrations.
• Monitor and analyze APM performance using KPIs to identify issues and drive platform improvements.
• Maintain expertise in global APM trends, provider capabilities, and regulatory shifts.
• Develop internal documentation and partner with sales/marketing for go-to-market strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable rules, regulations, and licensing requirements for payment methods.

Requirements

• 5+ years in payments, fintech, or product delivery (6+ years for Senior Specialist).
• Solid understanding of online payment mechanisms, basic payment flows, and API integrations.
• Proven experience partnering closely with engineering teams on technical solution design.
• Strong analytical mindset for interpreting data and making data-driven decisions.
• Highly organized, collaborative, and capable of managing multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills, translating business needs to technical specifications.
