Senior Fullstack Developer

Location: Madrid, Spain; hybrid work with 3 days per week in the office.

What you will do

• Design, build, and optimize scalable full-stack features for the hirify.global HUB.
• Develop software that automates complex business compliance workflows.
• Build backend services with NodeJS and TypeScript and frontend features with React.
• Define and implement features with product managers, designers, and engineers in agile squads of 4–6 people.
• Ensure code quality, security, performance, and reliability through reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD.
• Contribute to technical strategy, architecture, innovation, and mentoring of junior developers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience with NodeJS, TypeScript, and React.
• Experience with AI-guided development and AI-driven engineering environments.
• Expertise in web service development and integration, including REST.
• Experience with Git, agile development, sprints, stand-ups, and iterative delivery.
• Strong product mindset with attention to user experience, business impact, and scalability.
• English at C1 level or equivalent and strong communication skills.
