Senior Fullstack Engineer (React/TypeScript)

ClickHouse is a rapidly scaling data technology company building ClickPipes for onboarding and integrating data from diverse sources into ClickHouse at petabyte scale.

What you will do

• Build scalable user interfaces that handle large datasets, asynchronous operations, and real-time state changes.
• Own customer-facing features end-to-end, from design through production launch and long-term maintenance.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver new ClickPipes features.
• Partner on API design, service contracts, backend services, and system integrations.
• Participate in the production on-call rotation, diagnose incidents, and mitigate issues.
• Monitor, debug, tune performance, and improve system reliability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building and shipping production full-stack applications.
• In-depth knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, the DOM, and HTTP.
• Strong experience building applications with React and TypeScript.
• Experience maintaining unit, integration, and end-to-end automated tests within a CI/CD workflow.
• Practical knowledge of backend systems, REST and/or GraphQL APIs, and service-oriented architecture.
• Strong communication skills and effectiveness in a distributed, async-friendly team.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Go, Node, or other server-side languages.
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure concepts and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform.
• Experience building data-intensive products or platforms at scale.
