Location: Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day from home) in Vilnius, Lithuania.

Salary: €5,000–€7,000/month.

What you will do

• Design and develop scalable back-end systems and APIs using PHP Laravel framework.
• Lead the development of new features and architectural improvements.
• Write efficient, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Collaborate closely with front-end engineers, designers, and data scientists.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers, sharing best practices and code review feedback.
• Contribute to improving development workflows, automation, and deployment processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working professionally with PHP (Laravel or Symfony).
• Strong experience with relational databases (MySQL or PostgreSQL).
• Experience writing unit and integration tests.
• Deep understanding of OOP principles, SOLID, and design patterns.
• Comfortable with RESTful API design and development.
• Strong English and Lithuanian language skills are required.
