Salary: $77,600 - $87,300 USD / $104,862 - $117,969 CAD

What you will do

• Contribute to the creation of K-12 assessments, leveraging subject matter expertise.
• Use and contribute to improvements in content and item management systems.
• Ensure alignment of items with standards and item development best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams - product, design, and engineering.
• Innovate with new item types made possible by AI technologies.
• Participate in ideation and review processes for all MS math assessment content.

Requirements

• Experience in large-scale, K-12 assessment development.
• Deep pedagogical expertise and expertise in state and national standards.
• 2+ years classroom experience teaching middle school mathematics.
• A focus on assessment as a positive experience integrated with learning.
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written), as well as an eye for detail.
• Proven cross-cultural competency skills demonstrating self-awareness.
